How it works

Step 1: Purchase a VCARD

Purchase a VCARD either direct from us OR at participating retailers around Australia. You can buy VCARDs in amounts from $50 to $1000. You pay the amount of the VCARD plus a $5.50 handling fee.

Direct:
Purchase online and pay by BPAY, cheque or money order. We will confirm your payment and email or SMS (whichever you choose) a VCARD voucher number and reference number to you.

At participating retailers:
Ask for a VCARD at any participating retailer. Request the VCARD amount you require. The retailer will give you a printed VCARD receipt containing a VCARD voucher number, reference number and the amount loaded on your VCARD.

For further information go to WHERE TO BUY A VCARD

Step 2: Register at www.virtualVCARD.com

Once you've purchased a VCARD, you're ready to register and get a VCARD Visa number.

You will only need to register once. For every subsequent VCARD you purchase, you simply login to activate the new VCARD. Your login details will be the email address and password you choose at registration.

REGISTER now.

Step 3: Activate your VCARD

Activate your VCARD at MY VCARD and you're ready to go shopping.

You enter your 13-digit VCARD voucher number and reference number. We will validate the voucher and immediately advise you your VCARD Visa number and email or SMS (whichever you choose) the VCARD's expiry date and 3-digit CVV2 security code to you. You'll need these security details for shopping online.

Important note: Your VCARD will expire 9 months after activation.

Step 4: Go shopping!

Use your 16-digit VCARD Visa number, the expiry date and the CVV2 (3-digit security code), to shop online, over the phone or by mail order, anywhere Visa is accepted.

You can make as many purchases as you like providing you do not exceed the available balance on that VCARD. Once you have used up the VCARD balance you can simply purchase another VCARD.

Important note: It is not possible to join funds from two or more separate VCARDs.
